The technical – construction company of “Lagarias Emmanouil and sons” is a family business and is active in the construction industry since 1970, constructing high quality buildings, people-oriented and modern housing needs.

The experience in studies and construction combined with excellent expertise staffing resources as well as our perception of high quality buildings that can house the happiness and future families, we turned our investment interest in tourism and catering, building three modern tourist units.

Our first steps in tourism were made in one of the most picturesque villages of Halkidiki, in the magnificent Afitos. In 2015 the hotel “Lagaria Hotel**** ” opened for the first time and consists of 18 luxurious rooms. The ”Lagaria Apartment” is also located in the same settlement, it consists of 6 fully furnished apartments, ideal for families and groups.

Following our successful track record in the field of tourism, we decided to expand our activity in the field. So in 2016 the doors of “Lagaria Hotel II” were opened, consisting of 17 modern rooms for rent. Lagaria Hotel II is located in Asprovalta, Thessaloniki, in a beautiful place that nature speaks for itself. Combining sea and mountain offers relaxation even for the most demanding guests.

So the company “Lagarias Emmanouil And Sons” through its route has become a standard dynamic flexible and healthily growing family business, with many visions and plans for the future in tourism and construction.
